Dr. Phyllis Barr was awarded the Civilian Senior Contractor of the Year
ST. LOUIS, MO - June 2010 - Dr. Barr is a family practice physician at the (Clinic Name) in Pearl Harbor. Dr. Barr has established a very loyal following of patients in the 16 years that she has been with Spectrum. Her creation of long-term relationships and hands-on approach to managing care has allowed many patients to have continuity of care, even through retirement.
She is extremely dedicated and caring, not only with the patients, but to our staff at Pearl Harbor. She displays empathy and compassion in the most difficult cases. Dr. Barr often goes the extra mile for her patients by calling them to answer questions and assisting them with coordination of specialty care. Her strong work ethic is rare in this day and age, and her patients receive personalized and caring service from her.
