Bruce McDonald Retirement After 18 Years with Spectrum Healthcare Resources

On Tuesday, June 4, Bruce McDonald was celebrated after 18 years of great service with the Spectrum Healthcare Resources Team. A Retirement Party was held in his honor at the corporate office in St. Louis, Missouri.

Bruce McDonald joined the Army at 18 years old and completed basic training at Fort Dix, New Jersey. After additional training, he was stationed in Germany with the 4th Armored Division in Erlangen, Bavaria. After he completed his tour in Germany and re-enlisting, McDonald attended training in the United States and was then assigned to the Capitol Military Assistance Command, Saigon, Vietnam.

After serving for 6 years, Mr. McDonald moved on to support the United States as a Government Employee and Contracting Officer.  In 2001, Mr. McDonald joined Spectrum as a Contract Specialist and has been instrumental in the success of the organization!

“After starting here in 2001, I quickly recognized Spectrum Healthcare Resources’ biggest strength is the people and the unchanging culture,” said Bruce McDonald, “Through adversity and challenging times, this organization has adapted and managed continuous growth, diligently. It has been a joy to assist in finding the best healthcare providers for our Military, Veterans, and their families.”

A huge ‘Thank You’ to Mr. McDonald for his loyal and dedicated service to Spectrum and the United States. Mr. McDonald was a great attribute to the Spectrum Healthcare Team and he will be missed here in the St. Louis office!
