SPECTRUM® Healthcare Resources (Spectrum) has executed its business continuity plan and remains fully functional during this healthcare crisis. As government health officials are working to maintain the safety and health of the country, Spectrum is aware of the tremendous impact and disruption this can have on many lives. We are here to support and remain committed to the service and care of the patient populations we currently serve.

With more than 2,000 active healthcare providers and support staff, we will continue to support military members, their families, retirees, veterans and federal employees across 340 Defense Health Agency, Department of Defense, Veterans Administration and federal healthcare centers nationwide. Spectrum will continue efforts in recruiting and credentialing clinicians in support of our existing customers and for potential surge needs.

“Our more than 30 years of experience delivering program management and healthcare staffing services provides a solid business foundation for consistency and continuity of vital services during this pandemic,” says George Tracy, president of Spectrum Healthcare Resources, “Healthcare services to active duty military, their family members and veterans continue because of the size, strength and scope of Spectrum.”

Spectrum has placed over 30,000 healthcare professionals since it began providing services to the federal sector in 1988. The organization actively partners with the U.S. Small Business Administration in their mentor-protégés program to enhance the number of small businesses dedicated to serving military members and their families.
