Spectrum Teams Stay Connected During COVID-19

St. Louis – SPECTRUM® Healthcare Resources (Spectrum) officially introduced a company channel on the TeamHealth internal communications platform ZeniTH earlier this year. Spectrum’s company channel helps connect teams, leaders, associates and clinicians with relevant information, resources and training and education opportunities. Clinical and administrative associates now have access to administrative tools, such as the ability to access schedules and paystubs, and real-time access to information related to the company on the Spectrum ZeniTH channel.

Spectrum has also used ZeniTH during the pandemic to successfully fulfill mission essential requirements. TeamHealth created a ZeniTH channel dedicated to COVID-19 resources that was available to Spectrum associates, clinicians and clients that included clinical guidelines, patient safety information and updates on treatment regimens and vaccine development. This dedicated channel helped clinical and administrative team members remain focused on providing the best patient care to our nation’s military, veterans and federal employees. The dynamic communications tool allowed Spectrum to build a bridge to a nationwide network of clinicians and healthcare administrators.

“In this disrupted and unpredictable healthcare environment, our clients are looking for solutions that bring greater patient and provider safety within the clinical community and that consistently provide positive patient outcomes,” said James Boehlke, MD, Chief Medical Officer for Spectrum. “The launch of our company channel demonstrates Spectrum’s commitment to focusing on what matters most—supporting our clinical and administrative associates, our valued clients and, ultimately our patients and their families.”
